Ability to learn machine setup and operation processes.
Ability to learn blueprint and specification interpretation.
Ability to learn product inspection methods using precision measuring equipment.
Ability to follow established standard work practices under immediate supervision.
Ability to obtain certification within 120 days. Position Summary:  Production Worker - 2nd Shift Learn and train in the basic understanding of machine-specific operations.
Set up and operate a variety of machines to produce precision parts under the immediate supervision of a certified operator (Level II or above).
Follow established standard work practices while working toward certification within 120 days.
Refer problems or deviations to more experienced operators, Lead Technicians, Supervisors, or Engineers. Responsibilities:  Production Worker - 2nd Shift Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work.
Learn how to make machine adjustments.
Learn how to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Understand and follow quality testing techniques.
Learn how to inspect products using precision gauges, measuring instruments, and equipment.
Demonstrate proficiency in manufacturing documentation and labor transactions.
Support and follow EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement (CI) rules, guidelines, and standards.
Actively participate in continuous improvement and safety-related activities.
Work extended shifts and overtime as required by business needs.
Work holiday hours when required by business needs.
