Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level position
• Previous warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Job Duties

• Assemble cardboard product displays according to specifications
• Pack products into displays accurately and efficiently
• Stack completed boxes onto pallets/skids
• Maintain production quotas and quality standards
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Worker - 3rd shift.

Physical Capabilities

• Lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
• Stand for the duration of the shift except during scheduled breaks
• Perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
• Work in a fast-paced production line environment
