Production Worker

We are looking to bring on an individual that has experience in a woodworking or construction environment and is familiar with using basic shop tools. This opening is for a full-time position, and candidates must be available to work overtime as needed. Our required qualifications include:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Can work independently and with a team
• Customer focused, results oriented, cost conscious
• A dependable attendance record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates preferred with experience working with Wood, Acrylics, Plastic Laminates, Wood Veneers and Phenolic
• Good math skills
• Critical and creative thinking

Responsibilities will include:

• Work with others in the shop to accomplish work needed by the team
• Build panels, doors, and other components to required specifications
• Perform some scheduled tool maintenance
• Follow safe work practices
• Written track of work completion
• Follow all related work instructions
