Production Worker / Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker / Assembler to join their dynamic team. As a Production Worker / Assembler, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Placing appropriate identification stickers on parts to ensure proper tracking and quality control
• Removing grounding clips and tabs as necessary to prepare parts for assembly
• Applying part protection film and covers to safeguard components during processing
• Unloading parts from the paint line efficiently and safely
• Loading all parts into appropriate racks for downstream processing or shipment

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided on the job
• Ability to perform basic maintenance on racks and related equipment
• Strong attention to detail to verify accuracy of parts and tags using handheld scanners
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment following 5S guidelines
• Willingness to participate in safety audits and uphold safety standards
