Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Penmac Staffing is hiring for an Assembly / Disassembly Production Worker position with a manufacturing client. This hands-on role involves assembling and disassembling components, operating tools and equipment, performing quality checks, and supporting production operations. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience using torque wrenches, sockets, and electrical tools preferred
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
ResponsibilitiesDisassembly Duties
- Remove component parts for testing and cleaning
- Use hand tools and machines to safely disassemble products
- Perform minor machine setup and maintenance
- Complete area housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment
- Inspect materials and components for quality standards
Assembly Duties
- Assemble major components according to production specifications
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Perform minor machine setup and adjustments
- Conduct quality checks during the assembly process
- Maintain production standards and support continuous workflow
Additional Responsibilities
- Make quality-related decisions regarding products and workmanship
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain an organized work area
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
