We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers for a growing manufacturing facility in Avon, Ohio. This is a great first-shift opportunity with steady hours and room for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general production and assembly duties
• Operate machinery and production equipment
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Package and prepare materials for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Assist with material handling and production support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
