Location- Avon Lake, OH Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Watteredge is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Avon Lake. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, takes pride in quality work, and is willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment.
• Perform assembly, fabrication, finishing, and other production tasks.
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and production documentation.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Handle and move materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with team members, leads, and supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but we are willing to train.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work.
