Our Client has been manufacturing quality precast concrete products for over 40 years, supplying major infrastructure and construction projects across New York and Pennsylvania. We are an NPCA Certified Plant and approved by NYSDOT, PennDOT, and NJDOT.

What You'll Do:
Production team members are the backbone of our operation. You will work alongside other crew members to build, pour, finish, and handle precast concrete products.
Daily Duties Include:
Setting up molds and forms for daily production
Placing and tying rebar and reinforcing steel
Pouring, consolidating, and finishing concrete
Stripping and cleaning molds after production
Operating basic hand tools and power tools
Assisting with rigging, lifting, and moving materials
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Working closely with supervisors and production leads
What Were Looking For:
Ability to work in a physically active, hands-on environment
Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
Dependability strong attendance and punctuality are a must
Willingness to learn and follow production and safety procedures
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or concrete is helpful but not required
Must be able to work safely and use PPE at all times
