Pay Rate: $22.10/Hr.

Required Qualifications: Production Worker
High School Diploma.
0 years of relevant assembly experience required.
Ability to read and understand English.
Ability to operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment.
Ability to read blueprints with some supervision.
Basic mechanical knowledge.
Basic computer skills.
Basic shop math skills.
Willingness to perform tasks necessary to support on-time product delivery.
Willingness to cross-train and work in all assembly areas.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to perform hand and body warm-up exercises to minimize repetitive motion injuries.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to meet attendance and scheduling requirements.
Position Summary: Production Worker
Entry-level position assembling aircraft products under direct supervision.
Performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.
Supports production of aerospace specialty seating products.
Responsibilities: Production Worker
Assemble components, parts, and subassemblies according to customer orders.
Examine connections for proper fit and fastening.
Perform routine assembly tasks with minimal assistance.
Read and follow standard work instructions and blueprints with guidance.
Track and receive required parts for assigned product areas.
Check stock bins and report shortages or incorrect parts.
Participate in team stand-ups and follow safe ergonomic practices.
Pack finished products when required.
Participate in EHS risk reduction activities.
Adhere to company rules and codes of conduct.
Identify opportunities to improve workplace safety.
Provide continuous improvement ideas supporting lean and ACE initiatives.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Be available for overtime when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications: Production Worker
Proven mechanical capability.
Experience installing aircraft fasteners, solid rivets, double-action bolts, and NAS, MS, and AN hardware.
