Job Title: Production Worker (Computer Experience Required)

Location: Hayward, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $18.25 to 19.25

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker with basic computer skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily production operations while accurately entering and tracking data using computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Enter and maintain accurate production data in computer systems
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures
• Perform quality checks and report any issues or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling as needed

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (data entry, navigating systems, etc.)
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–50 lbs]

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with inventory or production tracking systems
