Production Worker – Heavy Industrial / Precast Concrete

$20.00 per Hour | Full-Time | Year-Round Work

PHYSICALLY DEMANDING, HANDS-ON WORK – MUST BE COMFORTABLE GETTING DIRTY!

Nesco Resource is hiring hardworking, dependable Production Workers for an established precast concrete manufacturer.

This is NOT a light-duty manufacturing or assembly position. This is a physically demanding industrial job involving concrete, steel, heavy materials, dirt, dust, and rugged working conditions.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy physical labor, working with their hands, and staying active throughout the day.

Experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, farming, masonry, concrete work, or heavy industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Available Schedules

• 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

• 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Overtime may be available

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing heavy concrete molds and forms

• Handling and tying rebar and reinforcing steel

• Pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete

• Removing concrete products from molds

• Using hand tools and power tools

• Lifting, moving, and positioning materials

• Cleaning equipment, molds, and production areas

• Working in a rugged industrial environment with dirt, dust, and concrete

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable performing heavy, physical labor for an entire shift

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently bend, stand, climb, and move materials

• Willing to get dirty and work in a demanding industrial environment

• Comfortable working around heavy equipment and construction materials

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety procedures

• Construction, landscaping, farming, concrete, or industrial experience preferred, but not required
