- Willingness to work overtime as needed

Production Worker ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Worker, you will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. Duties include:
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform production and assembly tasks according to specifications
- Inspect products and materials to ensure quality requirements are met
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions
Physical Requirements for the Production Worker
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Work in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment for extended periods
