Production Worker - Day Shift
Reports to: Day Shift Production Supervisor
Facility: Dalton Facility - 630 Henry Street, Dalton, OH 44618
Location: Initial training for this role will take place at the Walnut Creek Facility, 2150 SR 39, Sugarcreek, OH 44681.
Pay Rate: Hourly with the opportunity to earn incentive after 90 days
Hours: Monday-Friday, Day Shift, 5:30am to 2:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to operate small hand tools effectively and safely.
- Learn product part numbers.
- Read order numbers and production labels.
- Having the willingness and ability to cross train job duties within the department.
- Understanding ProVias level of quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Practice personal safety and comply with all safety practices and procedures.
Physical Job Requirements:
- Some moderate lifting is required.
- Able to swiftly move your hands and feet.
- Clear communication is required.
Other Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude, take direction, and follow through on all assigned tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to carry out the daily checklist.
