Pay: $16.25 – $17.25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time hours available
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Requirements for the Production Operator
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
Production Operator Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by producing quality parts efficiently and safely.
Duties include:
- Identifying required parts and loading them into machines or fixtures
- Operating production equipment according to work instructions
- Using small hand tools as needed
- Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Following all safety guidelines, plant rules, and standard operating procedures
