Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Production Workers for a manufacturing opportunity in Claremore. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a willingness to learn.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be flexible enough to work in different areas of the facility as production needs change and should be comfortable working in hot conditions, particularly during warmer months.

The schedule starts early, typically around 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM, with shifts generally ending around 3:30 PM. Weekend work is mandatory when required by production demands.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general manufacturing and production duties
• Learn assigned production processes through on-the-job training
• Assist with production activities throughout the facility
• Follow supervisor and lead instructions
• Move between departments or work areas based on production needs
• Handle materials and components as assigned
• Assist with basic production and manufacturing processes
• Maintain established production standards
• Inspect work for obvious quality concerns
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Wear required PPE
• Communicate production or safety concerns promptly
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain dependable attendance
• Perform additional production duties as assigned  

Entry-Level Opportunity
