Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Entry-Level Production Workers for a manufacturing opportunity in Claremore. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates who are ready to learn and work.
The most important qualifications for this position are dependability, excellent attendance, a strong work ethic, and flexibility. Production Workers may be assigned to different areas of the facility depending on daily manufacturing needs.
This is a physically active position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must also be comfortable working in hot conditions, particularly during warmer months.
Required Experience & Skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with general production and manufacturing activities Learn assigned production processes through training Perform hands-on production work Move between departments according to production needs Follow supervisor and lead instructions Handle materials and components as assigned Maintain established production standards Follow applicable quality requirements Inspect work for obvious quality concerns Support team members in meeting daily production goals Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all company safety policies and procedures Wear required PPE Communicate production or safety concerns promptly Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned
Entry-Level Manufacturing Opportunity
Candidates do not need previous manufacturing experience to be considered.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Ability to perform repetitive physical labor throughout the shift Ability to handle production materials as required Ability to maintain productivity throughout extended shifts Comfortable working in hot manufacturing conditions Ability to safely work around industrial machinery and equipment Ability to wear all required PPE
Schedule Requirements
