Consistent 1st shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM)
Opportunity for overtime on weekends
Build hands-on experience with industrial equipment and machinery
What You Will Do
Support the lead operator in the crossarm production department
Operate and assist with machinery such as trim saws and planers
Set up and load materials into equipment based on specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
Move materials using a sit-down forklift
Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
Help maintain a safe and efficient work environment
What You Will Need
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs
Basic experience with machinery or production equipment preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to safety and quality
