Job Duties

• Operate production machinery to manufacture cotton fiber grinding wheels according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Support process improvements and innovation in abrasive solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely production.
• Perform physically demanding tasks as required by production processes.

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level
• Background within the machinery and/or production field required
• Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

What You Will Do

As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Worker supports successful manufacturing operations through dependable production work, quality awareness, and teamwork. This role requires strong work habits, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe manufacturing environments.
