Working both collaboratively in a team and independently, you will support the manufacturing and assembly of critical roofing and HVAC components. Description for Production Worker:
- Operate specialized production machinery and assembly equipment safely to manufacture high-quality roofing and HVAC parts.
- Utilize multiple component parts, hand tools, and industrial equipment to configure finished products.
- Perform essential floor tasks to support active runs, including precise packaging, labeling, and staging of finished inventory.
- Maintain a highly organized, pristine workspace, cleaning machinery areas and removing scrap material continuously.
- Follow all standard safety policies, wear required PPE, and maintain high situational awareness near moving automated equipment.
Details for Production Worker:
- Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour (Plus excellent opportunities for high-volume overtime!).
- Shift Options (Choose Your Ideal Schedule):
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday – Friday (Steady weekday routine).
- Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM | Monday – Thursday (Enjoy guaranteed three-day weekends!).
- Location: Fife, WA facility.
- Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire with direct path to Union rollover.
Requirements for Production Worker:
- Prior experience in assembly, warehouse operations, or manufacturing is preferred but not required—we will train you!
- Must possess a safety-minded work ethic and maintain a high focus on shop floor protection.
- Must supply and wear steel-toed boots (or have the immediate ability to acquire them prior to starting).
- Must be available to complete a brief physical facility tour prior to your official start date.
- Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen (some background restrictions may apply).
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation.
