Position Overview
At our Fresno, California facility, Production Workers play a key role in supporting plant operations across multiple units. Under the direction of the Shift Manager, you may be assigned to different areas of the plant and will work a rotating shift schedule to meet operational needs.
This is a hands-on role involving a variety of general labor and operational tasks, including housekeeping duties (sweeping, shoveling, painting), material handling, and operating plant vehicles such as forklifts and dump trucks.
Production Workers are also responsible for supporting all Safety, Health, and Environmental programs to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

Pay Transparency (California)
In accordance with California law, the expected hourly rate for this position is $20.16 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
