West Sound Workforce is assisting Metagenics, a leading health and wellness manufacturer, now hiring entry-level Production Associates at their Gig Harbor facility. For more than 30 years, Metagenics has produced science-based vitamins and supplements trusted by healthcare professionals worldwide.
As a Production Associate, you’ll have the chance to work in a variety of areas, measuring raw ingredients, operating equipment, or labeling and packaging finished products. The work is hands-on and detail-oriented, so success comes from having solid basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and a focus on consistency and accuracy. Available positions:
Loads and unloads machines, cleans equipment, completes paperwork as required
Operate packaging equipment, label containers and products, and maintain equipment cleanliness
Sort and measure ingredients, pour and add them to scales, record weights, label containers, and maintain production logs
Sort, pour, and screen ingredients, add them to scales and blenders, label containers, complete production logs, and clean equipment
