About the role
This role is responsible for working on the production line while
packing or assisting with the quality control of Timeless products. We
will rely on you to work with the production team to ensure products are
produced and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state
regulations.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, reliable, and
strives to maintain the highest standards of quality for all of our
products.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all production manufacturing processes are followed
according to prescribed SOP's while also identifying opportunities to
improve efficiencies
Prepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to State regulations
Prepare
material for production, processing, and assembling cannabis and
materials to form pre-rolls, weighing it on a certified scale to the
exact weight and placing the product in appropriate bins/bags/storage
Maintains
the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing
area and participates in the clean-up of equipment and the workplace at
the end of every day.
Assists the Production team with daily activities of assigned shifts and helps with tasks as delegated by the Lead or Manager
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Manages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work.
Necessary Skills:
Works successfully in a team setting
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
2 - 4 Years – Experience in the production field or similar manufacturing environment
2 - 4 Years – Experience in Position
Required Qualifications:
The Packager position requires an H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Department of Health Services
