Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Production Worker I associates to join a blow molding manufacturing team in Miami, OK. This position is responsible for supporting the production process by assembling plastic products, inspecting finished goods, packaging components, and ensuring products meet established quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork and consistency are essential.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or GED required
6 12 months of manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Ability to read basic work instructions and communicate effectively
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
Ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment
Commitment to workplace safety and hazard awareness
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive parts directly from blow molding machinery and complete required assembly operations
Rotate through general assembly tasks within the blow molding production process
Inspect products visually to verify compliance with quality standards
Identify and report non-conforming products to the Production Lead or Supervisor
Participate in sorting and reworking defective products when necessary
Perform basic testing and packaging of spouts and other production components
Maintain a clean, organized work area while following established 5S housekeeping standards
Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
Support additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in blow molding, plastics manufacturing, or industrial production
Experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn multiple production processes
Ability to adapt quickly to changing production priorities
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
Ability to work around manufacturing machinery while wearing required PPE
Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
