Production Worker I - Shift 1

Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Worker I - Shift 1 to join their team. As a Production Worker I - Shift 1, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker I - Shift 1

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $24/hr

Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Move and assist in relocating materials needed for production machines
• Assist in loading and unloading materials within the production area
• Transport materials between production areas using carts
• Help lift and move heavy loads as required
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Basic PC skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs
• Effective communication skills in English; Spanish skills are a plus
• Flexibility and team-oriented mindset in a continuous improvement environment
