Job Responsibilities

• Follow batch sheets, formulas, and production instructions.
• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials.
• Operate mixers and related production equipment.
• Perform quality checks and document production activities.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Operate forklifts to transport and stage materials.
• Adhere to all safety, GMP, and company procedures.
• Report equipment, material, or quality issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience operating industrial mixers or similar equipment.
• Forklift experience and ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Preferences

• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FDA, or ISO standards.

Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, Monday - Friday, 5am-1:30pm with some overtime.
