Production Worker III Location: Bellevue, Washington Pay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
Position Overview An established production organization is seeking an experienced Production Worker for a three-month onsite contract in Bellevue, Washington. This senior-level production role requires competent equipment operation and the ability to support less experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to SOPs
Monitor output quality and report defects or process deviations promptly
Perform routine equipment checks and minor adjustments
Maintain accurate production records and complete required paperwork
Support and mentor entry-level production staff
Keep workstation and common areas clean and organized
Comply with all safety, GMP, and quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of production or manufacturing experience
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and availability for full onsite assignment in Bellevue, WA
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a regulated production environment (food, pharma, or medical device)
Forklift certification
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles
