Production worker

Payrate: $18.30 - $18.30/hr.
 
Summary:
The Assembler role is expected to be in individual that under direct supervision is capa ble of following instructions both verbal and written and demonstrates a willingness to learn assembly processes and procedures quickly while striving for continuous improvement
 
Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety processes and procedures.
• Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
• Produce and install wiring onto components following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
• Capable of completing minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.

 
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn new product.
• Familiar with basic hand and power tool usage.
• Possesses basic mechanical aptitude.

 
Desired Characteristics:

• Manufacturing/assembly/wiring experience.
• Panel assembly and wiring experience.
• Strong attention to detail.

 
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $18.30 - $18.30 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
