Production Associate – Lumber & Pallet Manufacturing
Location: Lindley, NY
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Thursday: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!

Nesco Resource is hiring Production Associates for a growing lumber and pallet manufacturing company. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cut lumber and assemble pallets

• Band and tag finished products

• Perform quality inspections

• Complete production paperwork

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all safety procedures

• Assist with inventory and other production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or manual labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required

• Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn
