Production Worker (Extrusion):

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay Rate: $19.45/h
• Shift Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotation (e.g., 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off; rotates between workdays and weekends
• Hours: 7:00 to 7:00 (Day or Night shift depending on assignment)
• Overtime: Mandatory / Required availability
• LOCATION IS IN WEST SALEM (30MIN) FROM AKRON AND 10 MINUTES FROM LODI!!!!

We are looking for dependable, hard-working Production Associates to join our extrusion team in West Salem!

No direct manufacturing experience? No problem—we will train you! If you bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and great attendance, we will provide the tools and training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Operate & Monitor: Run equipment and tools used in the vinyl extrusion manufacturing process.
• Inspect & Pack: Carefully inspect finished products for high quality, then pack, label, and prepare them for shipment.
• Hands-On Assembly: Safely use basic hand tools (snips, chisels) and precisely read tape measures.
• Material Handling: Move materials around the facility and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Cross-Train & Grow: Learn multiple production lines and roles across the plant to build your skill set.

Shift Details & Working Environment

• Environment: Fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing plant.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills: Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure; basic English reading and comprehension skills.
• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Tools: Comfortable using hand tools like snips and chisels.
• Mindset: Dependable, punctual, flexible, and ready to work well in a team environment.
• Experience: Assembly-line or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
