Job description: Production Worker
Premium Powder Coating is seeking consistent and reliable employees that are looking for long-term employment. PPC is one of the largest and cleanest powder coating facilities in Colorado. Our location is a 60,000 square facility located in Longmont. PPC has been in business 24 years and is expanding. Employees work 40 hours per week with the opportunity of overtime. Day to day responsibilities:- Following written instructions on work ticket riders
- Hanging, sanding, and preparing parts for powder coating
- Inspection and takedown
- Updating a real time schedule of jobs in process
Attention to detail is key for any applicant. This is an introductory position, and you will have the opportunity to move to different departments as you gain experience. Position requires the ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, reach and stoop throughout the day. You must be able to be on your feet for an 8 plus hour shift.

First shift from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Second shift from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Third shift from 7:00 p.m. to 5:45 a.m. Monday through Thursday.
Starting pay at $18.00 per hour plus consideration for previous powder coating experience.
