What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating manufacturing machinery, including industrial stitching or sewing equipment, with precision and care.
- Loading materials and monitoring machine performance throughout production runs.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting of equipment and reporting issues promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Stitching or sewing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed.
Hiring Requirements- Successful drug screening (9-panel UA, marijuana not tested).
- Background check (must have no theft, drug charges, or habitual offenses).
- Completion of onboarding process prior to start date.
- Signed confidentiality agreement before starting.

Location & Schedule:
This on-site position is located in Auburn, Maine, at 27 Wright's Landing. Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Your first day will start at 6:30 AM.
