Job Title: Production Worker Machine Operator
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Production Worker Machine Operator, your role purpose is to support smooth production operations and help ensure high-quality output. You’ll work closely with team leads and your department to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a Production Worker Machine Operator, you will be responsible for


  • Operate manufacturing machinery, including industrial stitching or sewing equipment, with precision and care
  • Load materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with safety protocols
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production (fast-paced environments are a plus)
  • Stitching or sewing experience is helpful, but not required—training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate in English
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed
