As a Production Worker Machine Operator, your role purpose is to support smooth production operations and help ensure high-quality output. Youll work closely with team leads and your department to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do As a Production Worker Machine Operator, you will be responsible for
- Operate manufacturing machinery, including industrial stitching or sewing equipment, with precision and care
- Load materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with safety protocols
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production (fast-paced environments are a plus)
- Stitching or sewing experience is helpful, but not requiredtraining will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate in English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed
