Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Adhere to AS9100 Quality Systems to maintain compliance and improve production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of products to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist in training new employees on production processes and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, specifically with AS9100 Quality Systems.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
