Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
Shift: 1st | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Overtime: Paid after 40 hours. Saturday overtime is required based on production needs.

Diverse Staffing is hiring a Production Worker / Material Handler for a manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN.
This is a hands-on position supporting the production of industrial tarps. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a production team, this opportunity offers steady hours, weekly pay, and a potential temp-to-hire career path.
What You'll Do
Measure, mark, and cut tarp materials to customer specifications
Move and stage materials throughout the production area
Transport finished products and raw materials safely
Read and use tape measures accurately
Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures
Complete basic paperwork related to production orders
Must-Have Requirements
Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50+ lbs. with assistance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an entire shift
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Comfortable working with cutting tools and production equipment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required
Basic reading and math skills
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing experience
Warehouse experience
Production experience
Forklift experience (not required)
