Production Worker Job Details

Days Worked: Monday – Friday | Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Position Pay: $17/h
Overtime is possible and mandatory

Production Worker Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related production or manufacturing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to operate production machinery, mixers, bagging, and shrink wrap equipment
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to lift and move regularly
• Experience with labeling, packaging, and quality inspection preferred
• Comfortable working in environments with moderate noise, moving machinery, fumes, or airborne particles

About the Production Worker Role

As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Set up production each day according to established procedures
• Operate production machines and mixers to produce products according to established quality standards
• Blend oxides and other materials in various formulations as required
• Inspect the product for defects or faults and report issues immediately to management
• Package products into boxes, pallets, or pallet boxes as directed
• Document daily production activity accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during and at the end of each shift
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment
• Support team members and assist with other production-related tasks as needed
