This position is for an NDT Utility worker supporting the Dover Casting group in Dover, NJ. The role involves filling labor gaps across NDT departments and performing various non-destructive testing (NDT) operations up to Level 2, including CMM, weld, FPI, X-ray, and packing tasks. The candidate will assist in maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards, operate specialized equipment, and ensure compliance with all regulations. The work schedule is weekend days (Friday–Sunday, 6AM–6PM), with training on day shifts (Monday–Friday, 6:30AM–2:30PM). Starting pay is $25.66/hour, increasing to $28.31 after 12 months, with shift premiums applicable off-shift. The role requires good decision-making, attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., with a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
