Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least two years of production experience required
• Flexible availability to work day and night shifts
• Ability to adapt to a schedule that varies from week to week
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and product quality
• Dependable attendance and steady work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures

Job Duties

• Load, stack, and move materials throughout the production floor
• Support daily manufacturing and production activities
• Monitor products and materials for quality issues
• Identify and correct minor production problems
• Report equipment or quality concerns to the appropriate team member
• Maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• Follow established production procedures and safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Perform additional production duties as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Worker plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
