Production Worker | $15.00/hr.
Shift | 12-hour rotating shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on a 2-days-on, 2-days-off rotation
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be an key part of the production process, assisting with the operation of equipment, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards. We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and are committed to safety, efficiency, and producing high-quality work.
What you’ll do:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
What you’ll need:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Good hand dexterity for detailed work.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized throughout the shift.
What you’ll get:
- $15.00/hour
