Production Worker

Venturous Truck Tops Production Workers support our manufacturing operations across nine departments, helping to craft, build, and assemble our products.

Production Workers are responsible for monitoring equipment, inspecting products for defects, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality output. They work closely with department leads, production supervisors, and managers to meet production schedules and support the successful development of our products.

As a Production Worker at Venturous Truck Tops, you are expected to meet production goals, follow established processes, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment focused on achieving shared results.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, speak and read English, and see. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or reach with hands and arms. The environment is fast paced; time pressured and requires accuracy. The employee will regularly multi-task between projects, be required to move throughout the building, and effectively communicate. The employee is asked to meet these physical requirements for a minimum of a 10-hour shift, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools on the assembly line to produce quality products.
• Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products to maintain quality standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous
