Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join a fast-paced meat processing facility in Owasso, OK. This physically demanding role supports production line operations, material handling, and overall workflow in a cold storage environment.

Required Experience & Skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 20–70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in an extremely cold environment (-45°F)
• Ability to follow directions and maintain production pace
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and physical stamina are required



Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Support production line operations in a meat processing environment
• Lift, move, and handle products and materials throughout the shift
• Maintain consistent production pace to support workflow goals
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and sanitation requirements
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and production-ready
• Support team production needs and complete additional assigned tasks
• Maintain quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment



Work Environment
• Extremely cold production environment (-45°F)
• Fast-paced industrial food production setting
• Physically demanding role requiring repetitive lifting, standing, walking, bending, and constant movement
• PPE and safety gear required in production areas
