Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Chicken Handler PM team members to join a food production operation in Owasso, OK. This hands-on production role supports meat processing operations, quality inspection, packaging, and production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
• Ability to lift 20–70 lbs regularly
• Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Team-oriented mindset with dependable attendance
• Previous food production experience preferred, but not required




Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect meat products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate needle processing equipment safely and efficiently
• Package and box finished products for shipment
• Maintain consistent production pace and workflow
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary
• Follow all company safety, food handling, and production procedures
• Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines




Work Environment

• Cold and odorous food production environment
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, and production line work
• PPE and food safety compliance required at all times
