**Job Title: Production Worker (1st or 2nd Shift) ($17-17.50/hr.)** **Job Description** This role involves working in a large industrial laundry facility to sort, fold, inspect, and move clean garments through various stages of the production process. You will support daily operations by handling garments efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that items are correctly matched and prepared for packaging and distribution. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! **Responsibilities** + Sort, fold, and separate clean garments according to established procedures. + Inspect garments for quality, ensuring items are clean, undamaged, and properly matched. + Push carts of garments to designated areas within the facility in a safe and efficient manner. + Stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift while performing production and general labor tasks. + Assist with general production activities such as packing, packaging, loading, and sorting as needed. + Follow work instructions and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work area. + Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. + Identify and report any product or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of previous manufacturing or warehouse experience. + Ability to stand comfortably for an 8-hour shift. + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. + Experience with general labor or general production tasks. + Experience with sorting, packing, and packaging activities. + Attention to detail for inspecting and matching garments. + Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts. + Ability to follow instructions and work safely in an industrial environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in industrial laundry, garment handling, or similar environments. + Experience in picking, inspection, or loading tasks. + Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. **Why Work Here?** You join a stable operation that offers consistent hours and clear shift schedules, allowing you to plan your life outside of work. The environment is production-focused, with industrial laundry equipment operating throughout the day. Appropriate work attire suitable for an industrial setting is expected, and you will follow established safety procedures while working around machinery and moving equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Painesville, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
