Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Food Production Workers to join a meat processing team in Owasso. This position is responsible for inspecting products, operating production equipment, packaging finished goods, and maintaining quality and cleanliness throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and is willing to perform physically demanding work in a refrigerated food processing facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect meat products to ensure quality standards are met
Operate needle processing equipment safely and efficiently
Package and box finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience working in refrigerated or cold storage environments
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift between 20 70 lbs as needed
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motions throughout the shift
Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
Ability to work in a cold production environment while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Refrigerated meat production facility
