Food Production Worker PM Shift
Pay:$14.50 per hour Location:Owasso, OK 74055 Shift:Monday Saturday | 3: 00 PM 12: 00 AM Job Type:Temp-to-Hire Job Order #:126617 Position Overview Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Food Production Workers to join a busy meat production facility in Owasso. This position supports daily production operations by inspecting products, operating processing equipment, packaging finished goods, and maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced, cold production environment. Required Experience & Skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment Comfortable working in cold and odorous conditions Ability to lift 20 70 lbs throughout the shift Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to product quality and food safety Ability to follow production and safety procedures Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Previous food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inspect meat products to ensure quality standards are met Operate needle processing equipment safely and efficiently Package and box finished products according to production requirements Monitor products for quality concerns throughout the production process Maintain production pace in a fast-moving environment Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary Follow all company safety, sanitation, and food production procedures Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous meat processing or food production experience Manufacturing, packaging, or production experience Experience working in refrigerated production environments Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle 20 70 lbs throughout the shift Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods Comfortable performing physically demanding work in cold production conditions Work Environment Meat processing and food production facility Cold and odorous manufacturing environment Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting Repetitive production and packaging tasks throughout the shift Safety and sanitation-focused workplace Why You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay of $14.50/hour Consistent PM shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay Opportunity to gain valuable food manufacturing and production experience Potential for continued growth within a busy production operation Ready to Apply?
