Production Worker
Job Location: Culpeper, VA
Job Duration: 3+ months contract and Temp-to-Hire
Shift Timing: 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Able to Work: Mandatory overtime on Fridays as required
Job Description:
We ar e hiring Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. No experience is required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Perform production and assembly work.
Use basic hand and power tools.
Read a tape measure accurately up to 1/8 inch.
Lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
Stand and work for the entire shift.
Follow safety rules and company procedures.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
Basic carpentry or woodworking knowledge is a plus.
Manufacturing or construction experience is a plus.
