VIP is looking for an outstanding Production Worker to join our team! With The ideal candidate is someone who will support our clients with warehousing duties in our Rancho Cucamonga facility. If you have experience in the warehousing industries and are looking to join a dynamic, values based culture, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
Work alongside our clients (the people with disabilities) in group settings
Ensure that timelines and/or quotas are being met daily/weekly by all members of the group.
Coach or train clients on new tasks or duties when applicable.
Work in a warehouse environment. (Duties can vary, but typically involve packaging and assembly work).
Who You Are
Someone with a high school diploma or GED.
Someone with reliable transportation.
Someone who has worked with people with disabilities or looks forward to working with them!
Someone with warehouse experience or comfortability working in a warehouse environment.
Someone who wants to work Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m & Friday, 7:30 a.m to 3 p.m.
