Why Work Here?

The company fosters a supportive and appreciative culture, regularly hosting employee appreciation activities such as cookouts and shared meals. Team members have the opportunity to work significant overtime if they choose, with some employees working up to 60 hours on the line. Hard work and commitment are recognized, including the potential to move from night shifts to day shifts over time. Employees benefit from a stable, team-oriented environment where contributions are valued and rewarded.

Work Environment

The facility is a highly automated bottling warehouse with approximately 80 employees across all shifts. The production area is not climate controlled, so temperatures may vary with the seasons. The operation runs 12-hour shifts, including a rotating schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, and 3 days on, with openings on both 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am shifts, as well as specific 7pm–7am Monday–Friday positions.
