QC Flex needs a Production Worker to join their team in Rock Island, IL.

What does a Production/QC Flex Specialist do?

In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and executing work tasks both independently and collaboratively. Ensure that all agency property and environments-whether owned or contracted-are maintained safely and neatly. You'll operate machinery and equipment related to production and delivery, following all safety, production, and quality standards, as well as work schedules. You are encouraged to propose improvements to job design and quality control processes. This position involves using equipment to move materials necessary for production and lifting up to 50 lbs. Maintain accurate records of job details, including counts, hours, and other relevant information. Punctuality, dependability, and reliability are critical. Strong verbal communication skills with colleagues and management are required. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. You must be able to obtain NAID certification and may be required to operate a box truck without a CDL - if deemed necessary.

What hours would I be working?

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, scheduled 35 hours a week, working between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. This position does require flexibility to market business services as needed.

What are the minimum requirements for this position?

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check in both Iowa and Illinois
• Experience in a factory setting is required.
• Strength and flexibility to lift parts, equipment, and supplies. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/work on feet for 90% or more of the scheduled shift.
