Must be able to work all three rotating shifts: 1st (6:00am–2:00pm) | 2nd (2:00pm–10:00pm) | 3rd (10:00pm–6:00am)
Key Responsibilities
Perform production tasks including quality checks, material handling, and machine support
Operate conveyor systems and assist with order changeovers
Move materials and finished products safely throughout the plant Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a strong team environment
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours
Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to safety
Basic math skills and willingness to learn (no prior experience required)
Compensation & Benefits
$27.17/hour starting pay (Day One)
