What You’ll DoGemini Industries is hiring a Production Worker for our onsite manufacturing team in Roxana, IL. This entry-level, full-time role helps keep our production lines running smoothly so we can meet customer ship-date deadlines.Key responsibilities include operating small pieces of equipment in departments such as air freshener and digital; staying on task in a production-paced setting; and working on your feet for most of the shift. Limited lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.Required qualifications/skills:- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality- Comfortable standing for extended periods- Experience in manufacturing or running small equipment is preferred, but not required-1 year manufacturing experience preferredPay starts at $16.50/hour.
